1. How long will it take to get my order?

Because we care about quality in every product.
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor your yoga mat's journey straight to your doorstep.

2. How do I track my package?

As soon as your order leaves our production hub, we’ll send a tracking link to the email you used at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update once the mail carrier scans it.

Can I return or exchange my items?

Because we stand behind the premium quality and grip of our products, we want you to practice with complete peace of mind. We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

  • Eligibility: The yoga mat or gear must be completely unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Hygiene Policy: To maintain hygiene standards for all yogis, mats with any visible usage marks, chalk residue, or opened yoga towels cannot be returned.
  • Process: Just drop us a line with your order ID, and our team will guide you through the return pickup layout.
